What is it about?

TINE Africa Fellowship is a 3-month transformative programme designed to develop the next generation of overseas education consultants in Africa. This unique professional development and mentorship opportunity equips new entrants and emerging professionals within the international education industry with the skills, knowledge, and networks required to thrive in an increasingly dynamic and competitive sector.


At its core, the fellowship seeks to strengthen professionalism, ethical practices, and mentorship. TINE Africa Fellows will be provided with structured exposure to the fundamentals of overseas student advisory, institutional representation, and market engagement, while instilling values of integrity and excellence.


Who is it for?

The programme is tailored specifically for individuals in their first five years of working within the international education sector in Africa. This includes:

Student counsellors,

Study abroad advisors,

University representatives, and

(Senior) International officers new to the African region.

How will it run?

After a detailed application process, very few Fellows will be carefully selected to form a cohort of TINE Africa Fellowship. This is to ensure quality engagement, deeper peer interaction, and meaningful mentorship.


Fellows will benefit from expert-led sessions, guided mentorship circles, practical case studies, and networking opportunities exposing them to a broader community of professionals shaping the future of international education in Africa.
